Background
My name is Citlalic Meraz. I usually go by “Ci” because it’s easier to pronounce. I was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado and graduated from Pueblo County High School. I have a beautiful family that consists of my mom, stepdad, older brother and two older sisters. I’ve been with Global Ed since March of 2023. I’m here because I want to encourage young minds and change the community. I’ve had four teachers over the course of my education who made an impact on me and had a positive effect on the person I am today, and I’d like to be that for someone else.
Inspiration
I get inspired when I look at a student and see a little bit of myself in them.
Favorite Holiday
My favorite holiday is Halloween because it’s very nostalgic and I like to decorate and give out candy.

One thing on my bucket list is to see my favorite albums live.
